Lemon Kamut Pasta


Hey darlings!!

Today I'm going to share the recipe of a fresh, tasty and so easy pasta dish with you.

As many people are nowadays white flour intolerant kamut is a great alternative. Kamut pasta tastes even the same if not better as normal one, but costs twice as much.

While the spaghetti are cooking in salted water, cut anchovies into small pieces, add capes and mix them with some juice and the peel of an organic lemon and olive oil. Do not add salt as the anchovies are salty enough. At least for my taste.

Half a minute before the pasta is ready add some fresh spinach into the water and cook it with the spaghetti before draining the water. Keep about an espresso mug of the cooking water which you add to the drained pasta into a pan and toss it with the anchovy mix. Grate some pecorino and you're ready to go and to enjoy.
