Sometimes I feel like snacking. Okay, most of the times. But there's a healthy way to do so.
I love avocados as they are so healthy and taste really good. Cut one in half (use the one without the avocado pit to avoid that the half you're not using right aways doesn't get dark) and add some lemon or lime juice, olive oil and a hint of salt. Serve it with Finn Crisp or any other crisp bread and some blue cheese. Spread the avocado and cheese on the bread or eat everything separately. It's delicious!!
